RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All custom jewellery and bridal/engagement ring orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

For ready-in-stock items, store credit may be available within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection. Items must be unworn and undamaged. No cash refunds will be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Prior to shipping, all items are photographed and videoed to confirm they are free of damage or defects.
