CUSTOM ORDER & DEPOSIT POLICY

All custom jewellery orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. Bridal and engagement ring orders require a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are not eligible for refund or store credit under any circumstances.

Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks for bridal and engagement rings and up to 4 weeks for custom jewellery. Rush orders may be available within 5 business days for an additional charge.
